Who Are We?

Our goal at BestMortgageInfo is twofold.

First to be a place where consumers can go to get answers when they have “outside the box” situations.

Secondly to be a place where every prospective borrower gets treated with respect. Sometimes a borrowers situation is such that it will take a year to get them to the place where they can purchase a home. We will take the time necessary to get them into their home.

Charles & Shawn have been in the industry over 10 years. They have seen various lending programs come and go. Recently there have been many changes in the mortgage lending industry, both types of programs being offered and the way that loans are originated.
